Can I have it in a different color?

Every piece of Brighton Pavilion furniture is hand painted in Memphis, TN by our team of university trained fine artists. You can choose from more than one hundred custom colors or specify your own. Frequently we are asked to build pieces to complement specific wall coverings or fabrics and we are happy to do so.

I love your pieces, but I’m not sure about some of the designs I see on the website.

Every piece is custom hand painted for you. We can help you pick a design that it is just right for you and for your room – from simple and elegant to over the top! Many of our designs were developed in response to a particular customer need. If you don’t see a design that’s just right for you just ask. We may have the perfect design on file, but if not we can work together to create your own masterpiece.

I’m not sure I want a design, can I have it plain?

We are frequently asked to produce painted pieces with no artwork. We offer many beautiful finish options including tortoise shell, old world pine, rusty olive and many others.

Where do you make this? Is it imported?

Our product is manufactured in the Unites States in our own woodshop or by a small group of outside vendors who maintain the same high level of craftsmanship we demand from our own shop. All pieces are hand painted and finished in our workshop in Memphis, TN. We have elected not to go offshore for our product. We do not believe we could achieve the production quality we demand or the assured timely delivery on which our customers depend were we to source the product from non-U. S. vendors.

I’m not sure that’s the right size?

Many of our pieces are available in custom sizes.

What woods do you use?

We utilize a variety of hardwoods such as birch, ash, poplar, alder and maple. We do not use pine as we cannot achieve the desired durability with pine.

How long will it take to get my piece?

All products are custom built and painted. Normally the process takes 10-12 weeks from receipt of your order. In some cases, where the base piece is available in `inventory, we can achieve delivery times as short as four to six weeks.

What kind of paint do you use?

We use water based paints and acrylic finishes. Our finishes are not dangerous to children

How do I clean the furniture?

All pieces have an acrylic finish that can be cleaned with application of soap and water. The finish is highly durable, subject to reasonable use and ordinary wear and tear.

How do you ship?

We ship by selected common carriers with which we have had prior experience and invoice our customers for the freight. We will provide a freight and shipping quotation prior to shipment. In the alternative you may select your own carrier. You may also specify blanket shipping or white glove service.  Use of these latter services will increase the freight charges.
