All of our products are bench made and hand painted to meet your demanding specifications as to the base piece, color and design.

We sell an extensive catalog and color samples, incorporating color photos of all base pieces, our price list and extensive coverage of our design and finish options. The catalog is available to the trade for $125 payable in advance by check or credit card. Please fax your business license and payment information to 901-458-0804.

In addition, we have thousands of photographs, depicting numerous design options for all of our most popular pieces. Our friendly and professional sales representatives can often provide you with a photo sample that will fit your exact requirements. Frequently, our customers will provide wallpaper or fabric samples to guide our artists during the painting process. Where an exact design or color match is critical we can provide you with a strike-off for an additional charge.

Terms of Purchase
A 50% deposit is required for all orders with the remaining 50% due prior to the order entering the final production process. Special orders require prepayment in full. Upon receipt of deposit, customers will be sent an order confirmation. All confirmations should be examined carefully for accuracy as duplicate copies are used for artists’ instructions. Once production begins on an order, no changes can be made. Orders cannot be cancelled after receipt of the initial deposit.

Special Orders
Standard pricing includes you choice of colors and our standard base pieces and designs. Many of our customers have special decorating needs that may require matching colors and/or designs of fabric, wallpaper, rugs, or custom dimensions. While, our production and pricing schedule is structured around our established color palette, base dimensions and design collection, we welcome such special orders and will do our best accommodate them. Due to the extra work involved, custom designs and variations from our standard color palette must reflect a corresponding price adjustment for additional time and labor costs. Our sales representatives are available to provide quotes for any special orders.

Production Time
Normal lead time is 12 weeks from the date that the deposit is received. However, some items can be shipped quickly if the base is in stock at the time the order is placed. Please call us at 800-487-8033 to check availability of quick ship pieces.
